Upon receiving payment, we ship all products within 1 to 2 business days. We guarantee all products arrive in working condition, or we replace them. If you have not received a product within 10 days, or if you receive a product that you feel is not in working condition, we advise you to reach out to us immediately, so we can determine what the best steps to take are going to be, with the product that you have ordered.
If we do not hear from you, 30 days after an order, we will make the assumption you received everything and that it is working well. If a replacement is requested after the 30 day mark, you may have to pay a handling and return fee, for the order that you have made on the products that you have chosen to order through us.
With great service and product quality we have provided over the years, we are confident that you will receive and are going to be happy with the product orders that you place with us. For this reason, we provide 14 day, total satisfaction clause, on all the products that you do order with us. If, within the first 14 days, you aren't satisfied, you will be able to return the product to us, no questions asked, and you receive the full refund of the purchase price that you paid. Whether or not you provide a reason for the return, we are going to provide you a full refund on the purchase price. All customers who do return a product are going to be charged a $5 restock fee; and, after the 14 days, due to inventory and software management, we can't accept returns.
